For centuries, the telling of ghost stories around campfires and hearths were shared among friends, clans and families at Yule to give the living access to the dead. Original stories were darker, tied more to the winter, darkness, rebirth and the fundamentals of life. As the Victorian age came about the stories morphed to add life lessons and used to keep children from misbehaving. Today we share Christmas Ghost tales as our gift to you.
