The state director of Michigan's MUFON, mutual unidentifed flying object network, he has a vast knowledge of all things extraterrestrial. Bill is the author of Experiencer: Raised in Two worlds, a non-fiction account of one man's encounter with UFO's. He often leads investigations and training for UFO enthusiats.
